Garcima Blini Pan

Description

This small blini pan is manufactured from heavy, polished steel which facilitates even cooking and heat distribution. It is the perfect little pan for toasting spices and nuts, tapas or cooking eggs and pancakes.

Suitable for use on all hobs, including induction.

Prior to use the pan does require seasoning to develop a non-stick surface. To do this, first wash in warm soapy water and dry. Simply wipe the pan with a little oil and heat. The natural non-stick properties of the pan will develop with use, over time. After each use wipe or rinse the pan clean in warm water, dry and lightly oil. Do not use detergents or put in the dishwasher as this will remove the natural seasoning and non-stick surface that develops. If you do cook something in the pan that requires thorough washing, it will need to be re-seasoned.

Pan measures 14cm in diameter.
