Description

Authentic Italian Grana Padano, first invented by monks 1000 years ago to use surplus milk. Whilst similar in style to Parmigiano Reggiano, Grana Padano is from a different region of Italy, has a lower fat content and a shorter aging period. This creates a delicate, milder hard Italian cheese. Perfect for creamy risottos, to top soups or to season pasta.
