This winning flavour duo soon evolved into premium plump figs filled with chocolate truffle. Thanks to the special microclimate of Almoharin, it is possible to cultivate a unique variety of fig called ‘calabacita’. It is this sweet, early maturing fig that is used by Rabitos Royale. After harvest, the ripe figs are all hand graded by a skilled team of women. Each individual fig is then stuffed and coated with chocolate by way of a manual process.
