Sabato Organic Pasta Sauce ~ Yellow Baby Tomato

Description

This fabulous organic pasta sauce is produced in Italy using exclusively yellow Datterino tomatoes - a variety of plum tomato that is naturally sweet, with low acidity and a wonderful aroma. The tomatoes are picked at the peak of their seasonal ripeness and all we add is a touch of extra virgin olive oil and salt (no added sugar), so the flavour of this special tomato really shines through in a concentrated sauce.

Simply heat and stir through pasta, grains or risotto. Use with meat, fish or vegetables, as a base for soups and casseroles or as a pizza topping.
