St. Kilda Chardonnay

From the sprawling Riverina region of Southeastern Australia, this is a great "everyday Chardonnay." Fermented and aged in stainless steel, the wine flows with fresh and zippy notes of pear, apple, peach, and light spice. Ideal as an aperitif, it would also work well with roast chicken, salmon, or a simple cheese platter.
