Ricotta Salata

Description

A very savoury ricotta that is pressed, aged and salted. This creates a firm, salty cheese reminiscent of Parmigiano Reggiano. Sprinkle over salads or mix through pasta, risotto or grilled vegetables to bring out its full flavour.
