Description
This is genuine sweet basil pesto with Pecorino Romano and Grana Padano cheeses, pine nuts and cashews. It is wonderfully fresh tasting.
Fantastic on crostini, in sandwiches or as part of an antipasto platter. Toss through pasta, add to risotto or grain-based dishes or serve with soups.

Basil Genovese D.O.P. (26%), olive oil (22%), sunflower oil (20%), pine nuts, cashew nuts, vegetable fibre, garlic, Grana Padano D.O.P. cheese (milk, salt, rennet, preservative: egg lysozyme), Pecorino Romano D.O.P. cheese (sheep's milk, salt, rennet), salt, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid.
