Boost the flavour of soups, sauces and braises with the rich, earthy flavour of porcini mushrooms. This flavoursome powder is super convenient (no soaking required like for dried mushrooms), simply add directly to the dish. It can also be  used dry as a seasoning for meats or added to rubs.

Made from 100% Tuscan porcini mushrooms ground into a fine powder.
